Praying for all well and praying with all! Our lives have been interrupted by this COVID-19 Emergency. Kentuckians and people all over the world are living with this knowledge of this deadly sickness that is causing death to some, serious illness to some and some have come out of the sickness. Our lives have been interrupted due to all that is going on. Do what you have been told to do to save everyone's lives. Without a doubt, interruptions can be difficult to manage and some folks are thinking, LORD where are you. The Word of GOD tells us not to lose our confidence which has great reward. Our spiritual victory depends on our faith. Peter walked on the water as long as he looked to Jesus and had FAITH in him, but he began to drown as soon as he lost his FAITH. He was filled with Fear because he started looking at the storm and the waves and not at JESUS. Right now, we feel that we are drowning but we can walk in victory as long as we are firm in our faith in God’s goodness and faithfulness. Look up and keep the faith. We must keep our eyes on JESUS. IN this holy week which began on Palm Sunday. Jesus sacrificed himself to save humanity by dying on the cross on Good Friday and Resurrecting on, as I call it, Resurrection Sunday (Easter Sunday). Jesus endured and defeated death sacrificially for us. He opened the gates of Heaven making a way for our sin to be FORGIVEN and usher us into the presence of GOD. Yes, our lives have been interrupted. Nothing right now is the same but never give up. All this week and on Good Friday, open your hearts and think about the importance of the day and the entire week. The crucifixion of Jesus and His death at Calvary... BUT early, I said early on that third day JESUS rose with all power between Heaven and the Earth. Let’s celebrate the resurrection of JESUS. As the song says, I never will forget what he's done for me. People of God: “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. 1 Thessalonians 5: 16-18. We miss being with you all whether we work at the same Church, see you in the stores of just saying Hello from a distance. All I can say is, GET READY ALL SAINTS THE BEST IS YET TO COME! PRAISE HIM for he is WORTHY TO BE PRAISED. God’s Blessings to all, Pastor William K Garr First Lady Garr
